Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via our official portal or email within 14 days of receiving your product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack it into its original shipping box with all components, tools, and manuals included to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to schedule a convenient pickup from your location or provide a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
